Pallobby Games, an independent game studio operated by Andres Llorens Angulo ("we", "us", or "our"), provides the Circuit Flow mobile game. This policy explains how the game and its Google services handle information, and how to manage your data.
Local play and information on your device
You can play Circuit Flow offline without creating a Circuit Flow account. The game stores progress, completed levels and ratings, in-game essence and reward records, help preferences, settings, and your current puzzle attempt on your device. The active attempt includes the board, moves, undo history, and assistance already used so that you can continue it later.
Local play does not send these saves to a Pallobby Games server. If you choose Google cloud synchronization, the information described below is also stored through Google Play Games. Advertising and other Google services may process their own data when a network connection is available.
Optional Google Play Games and cloud saves
Circuit Flow uses Google Play Games Services for optional saved progress. Google may authenticate your Play Games profile according to your Google and device settings. Choosing Link Google in Circuit Flow Settings enables the game's cloud synchronization. You can continue playing locally if you do not link Google or if synchronization is unavailable.
When linked, the game sends a save to Google's Saved Games service and reads the save associated with the Google Play Games account you use. This save contains completed main and extra levels, ratings, essence and earned-reward records, help state, the current level, and the active puzzle attempt. Save revisions and service metadata help identify and synchronize the selected save. We use this access to save, restore, and synchronize your gameplay between installations or devices. Different device and cloud progress is presented for your choice before the game replaces either version.
Google Play Games handles the Google account authentication and gamer identity. Its SDK also collects service analytics and diagnostics. Circuit Flow does not ask for your Google password, read your email or contacts, or access your ordinary Drive documents. Its saved-game access concerns its own game data. We do not send your cloud save to AdMob or use its contents for advertising. Premium purchase receipts and purchase tokens are not included in the gameplay cloud save.
Google describes its handling of Play Games data in its Play Games data information and Privacy Policy. Google encrypts Play Games service data in transit. Circuit Flow does not operate a separate server that keeps copies of these cloud saves.
Advertising and consent
Circuit Flow uses Google AdMob for occasional advertisements between completed levels and optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch for in-game essence. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can process device/account identifiers, including the advertising ID and app set ID; IP address and an approximate location inferred from it; app and advertisement interactions; and diagnostic information. Google and advertising partners use this information to deliver and measure advertising, provide analytics, and prevent fraud. Google states that data collected by this SDK is encrypted in transit.
The game requests the available consent information through Google's User Messaging Platform and displays a consent form where required before requesting ads. You can reopen the available privacy choices in Settings. Your Android advertising controls also let you manage or delete the advertising ID. Ad availability and personalization depend on the applicable consent and service settings.
While the game recognizes an active Premium purchase, it suppresses automatic ads and rewarded-video offers. This does not delete information previously processed by advertising services. For more information, see how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's advertising controls.
Premium purchases through Google Play
Google Play handles checkout and payment for the permanent Premium product. Circuit Flow receives purchase information from Google Play, including the product, purchase state, transaction identifiers and signed receipt. The game uses it to check ownership, enable Premium, acknowledge completed purchases, and recover ownership when it connects to Google Play or resumes.
The signed receipt, including its purchase token, is stored separately on your device so the game can verify cached ownership when offline. It is not placed in the gameplay cloud save or diagnostic logs. The game does not receive your payment-card details or send receipts to a Pallobby Games purchase server. Google maintains its own transaction records. Refunds and purchase-history controls are available through Google Play; clearing game progress does not cancel a purchase or request a refund.
Retention, unlinking, and deletion
Local saves and the local purchase cache remain in the application's storage until replaced or removed. To remove this local data, clear Circuit Flow's app storage in Android Settings or uninstall the game. Google cloud data and Google Play purchase records are separate from the local copy.
Unlink Google stops Circuit Flow's cloud synchronization on that installation. It leaves your local progress and the existing Google cloud save in place; it does not delete your Google account or revoke the game's Google account authorization. You can manage that authorization through your Google Account connections.
Google provides controls to delete data for an individual game in your Play Games profile. Follow Google's instructions for deleting Play Games data and select Circuit Flow. To avoid uploading a retained local save again, unlink Google on your installations before deleting cloud data. If you later relink an installation that still has local progress, it can create a new cloud save. Deleting Google game data does not automatically clear the game's local files or Google's purchase records.
Circuit Flow does not apply a timed expiry to your cloud save. Retention and deletion within Google's services, including advertising and transaction records, are governed by Google's policies and available account controls. We do not promise immediate deletion of service backups or records controlled by Google.
